After two days in Darien we decided to leave and for bigger plans.
We had contact to a shipper who would take our bike in a container together with two other cars for 500USD to Panama. Condition was only to hit the closing date on the 11th of July.
Ok, let's go and let's go thru Central America and ship back from Florida.
That was the other thing running in the background: With Dimitry (the Russian which showed me the way to the workshop in Krasnodar; Russia and last year he and his wife Rena visited us in Munich with their motorbikes!) I was in contact for shipping back the bike from Florida to Germany with his business partners in the US.
Here a bit like Bavaria with blue white sky...:-)
But the roads are not Bavarian....demanding mountain roads with narrow slopes though asphalt but with more and more trucks the closer you approach Medellin. Each overtaking maneuver is critical. On top a bit flavor with road construction works...yummy :-)
Luckily only a small accident...a truck and a bus touched a bit

Here in Medellin we wanted to do our final service for all the way up to Florida: checking the valves, changing the oil, changing the front tire etc.
In another store we changed our destroyed bag straps and found this watchdog. Sooo fierce...:-)
And falling asleep :-)
