19th of May - Huaraz via Canyon del Pato to Trujillo - approx. 280km

We followed the Cordillera Blance via Caraz up north and reached after approx. 70km the Canyon del Pato. Despite the Canyon is used for the generation of electricity, the road which they built is really breathtaking and a highlight.







32 tunnels have to be passed...and they are a little bit huuuuh  :-)


















































































































After approx. 100km gravel one reaches the paved road down to the coast, meeting there the Panamerica which we followed north.
